We deliver worldwide from our Korea HQ, with local fulfillment options in select regions for faster service.

Processing Time

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. You’ll get a tracking link the moment your order is on its way.

Estimated Delivery

  • Singapore: 2 working days

  • Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia: 2–4 working days

  • Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand: 3–5 working days

  • United States, Europe, UAE: 5–7 working days

Please note:
If an item is temporarily unavailable at our Singapore warehouse, it may be shipped directly from our Korea facility, which could add a few extra days to delivery.

Returns

14-Day Return Window

If your FM frame isn’t the perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. No questions asked, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email our support team at support@feelmorys.global with your order number.
  2. We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to us. Once received, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different color or style? We offer free exchanges within the same 30-day window.

Note:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
