• We currently ship internationally from our Singapore fulfillment center, with selected products fulfilled directly from our Korea headquarters when inventory is unavailable.

Returns

14-Day Return Window

• If your FeelMorys frame isn’t the perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. No questions asked, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

1. Email our support team at support@feelmorys.global with your order number.
2. We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the product back to us. Once received, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Exchanges

• Need a different color or style? We offer free exchanges within the same 30-day window.

Note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
