We Stand Behind Every Frame

Our Warranty

Every pair of Feel Morys eyewear comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If something isn’t right and it’s on us, we’ll repair or replace it — no charge.


What’s Covered

  • Frame or lens defects caused by manufacturing errors
  • Issues with hinges, screws, or assembly that occur under normal use
  • Peeling or flaking of lens coatings under normal conditions

What’s Not Covered

  • Scratches or damage from misuse, drops, or accidents
  • Loss or theft
  • Normal wear and tear (like minor cosmetic marks over time)
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications

How to Make a Claim

  1. Email support@feelmorys.global with your proof of purchase, a brief description of the issue, and photos.
  2. Our team will assess your claim within 3–5 business days.
  3. If approved, we’ll arrange a repair or replacement and cover return shipping if applicable.

Repairs Beyond Warranty

We believe in making products that last — and we’d rather fix than replace where possible. If your warranty has expired, we offer paid repair services at a fair cost.
